About Avoxar

Avoxar is an indie Voxel World Bullet Heaven game in active development, currently focused on turning its voxel tools and runtime systems into a strong playable loop before public demo release.

Game Overview

Avoxar is being shaped as a run-based voxel action game where the player survives escalating enemy pressure, explores built worlds, and grows stronger through each session.

World / Setting

The world is built from voxel maps with island and plains generation, editable terrain, portal markers, player spawns, and room for handcrafted areas as the prototype grows.

Characters

Characters are built from voxel parts with body, head, limbs, extra object slots, rigging controls, animation clips, selectable player templates, and gameplay stats.

Core Features

Voxel World Building

Custom tools support block placement, surface painting, object placement, terrain generation, portals, and scene play setup.

Bullet Heaven Combat

Character skills, attack radius, attack power, attack speed, hitboxes, health, monster pools, and spawn rules form the combat foundation.

Character Creation

The prototype includes voxel character parts, rigging, animation roles, skill loadouts, and selectable player character data.

Runtime Presentation

Scene play, game UI screens, number displays, audio cues, loading states, and WebSocket sessions are being connected into the playable runtime.

Gameplay Systems

  • Voxel map generation with island/plains presets, water level, rivers, biomes, and tree placement
  • Scene play configuration for map source, player spawn, portals, scripts, camera, and audio cues
  • Character gameplay config for health, body radius, attack radius, attack power, attack speed, and skill loadout
  • Skill assets for normal attacks or active skills with animation roles and sound hooks
  • Game UI runtime for character selection, screens, buttons, progress, item slots, number displays, and paint-grid visuals
  • WebSocket game session loading for player state, map data, assets, connected maps, audio, and runtime readiness
